A study conducted at Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital revealed that women as compared to men pose a higher risk of being under-diagnosed of heart attacks in the absence of gender-specific diagnostic tests. The severity of a Heart attack is diagnosed by testing the levels of a protein (Troponin).
