Taro root, a better starch, is high in fiber and potassium

Taro root, also referred to as Arbi is loaded with magnesium, potassium, copper, phosphorous and manganese. If cooked properly, Arbi is easily digestible. Being a good source of Vitamin A & C as well as other phenolic antioxidants, Taro root helps in the removal of free radicals that cause several cancers in the body.
