'Toe ring'- Science behind the tradition

The tradition of married women wearing toe rings has a scientific basis too. Toe rings are generally worn on the second toe. A certain nerve from the second toe connects the uterus and goes through the heart. Wearing toe rings is known to keep the uterus healthy by regulating constant blood flow to it which in turn normalizes the menstrual cycle.
