Fact: If you are eating a meal or snack which is rich in carbohydrates and fats in the evening, only then will it trigger fat storage in the body However, this fact is largely dependent on what has been eaten throughout the entire day and also what level of exercise has been undertaken. Pick a meal with a good balance of protein, fiber and a small amount of good fat.
