12 years of experience working in professional sport. Most recently in badminton, travelling and managing Indian shuttlers active on the BWF World Tour including formed World Number 1 and Olympic Medal winner Saina Nehwal. Prior to that Chris worked on the Asian, European, Sunshine and Champions Tour Professional Golf Association tours (global), BidVest WITS Football Club (South Africa), Hong Kong Men’s Cricket Team, and various other short term contracts in tennis, rugby and performance arts. Chris has also worked in private practice back in Johannesburg (South Africa) and in Shanghai (China) for a cumulative 10 years where he owned and ran a successful practice in Johannesburg for over 2 years before moving to Mumbai.
Since starting at KDAH in January 2016, I have had the opportunity to work closely with some of the best orthopaedic and sports medicine specialists that India has to offer at the hospital, as well as other Mumbai based experts. I currently manage aspects of the departmental function, as well as managing a weekly case-load of active patients ranging from weekend warriors to Olympic level athletes.
