Attend the upcoming talk on Strength and Conditioning for Endurance Running.

Research shows that runners who spent 8-12 weeks training strength and conditioning prior to an endurance race, had:

- IMPROVED ENDURANCE
- IMPROVED RUNNING ECONOMY
- IMPROVED RUNNING INTENSITY AT LACTATE THRESHOLD
- IMPROVED ANAEROBIC CAPACITY

When compared to runners who did not do the same strength training.
