Did you know? A bad posture can cause digestion problems

KDAH

Slumping and slouching might put pressure on the digestive organs. Food passes past your oesophagus and into your gut with the help of your diaphragm. Any artificial tension on your diaphragm stops it from functioning normally, resulting in acid reflux and/or bloating as it attempts to contract and relax properly. Sit up straight while eating. Try to stay seated upright for 10 to 20 minutes after the meal to help prevent symptoms of heartburn, indigestion, or cramps.
