Misal pav is high in Vitamin B1 which protects nerves, prevents heart diseases and helps produce red blood cells. It is also rich in folic acid which is essential throughout the pregnancy. Sprouted moong and safed vatana are a great source of proteins. You can give it a healthy twist for diabetics and heart patients by avoiding farsan and potatoes and replacing the pav with whole wheat roti.
