Skipping meals can cause headaches

KDAH

Long intervals between meals or skipping meals or consuming insufficient amounts of food may trigger headaches. If you haven't had anything to eat in a while, your blood sugar levels drop due to which your body releases hormones that signal your brain that you're hungry. These same hormones may increase your blood pressure and tighten blood vessels in your body, triggering a headache. Choose to eat healthy meals throughout the day.
