Toor Dal: Filled with Nutrition

Toor dal also called pigeon pea dal or arhar dal is a part of Indian meals. It contains iron, folic acid, magnesium, calcium, vitamin B and potassium. Apart from carbohydrates toor dal also contain proteins, fibers and fats which is essential for the body and helps regularize bowel movements.
