Arthroscopy and Sports Orthopaedics Service

The Arthroscopy & Sports Orthopaedics service provides state-of-the-art treatment for sports injuries and joint problems. It is India's first sports orthopaedics service to offer a complete solution for all problems related to sports injuries. The service conducts detailed evaluation of injuries using accurate clinical and imaging techniques and offers the most comprehensive treatment options. These include not only sports specific rehabilitation, but also newer modalities of non-operative treatment including laser/shock wave therapy, and image guided PRP injections for muscle and tendon tears. The Arthroscopy & Sports Orthopaedics Service is equipped with the most advanced surgical suites, and manages all joint problems using minimally invasive arthroscopic techniques. Surgical repair and arthroscopic reconstruction of all joints - knee, shoulder, hip, ankle, elbow, and wrist are regularly performed. The service is the first in India to offer computer navigated arthroscopic surgery so as to achieve precision and accuracy in knee ligament reconstructive surgery.
