You can do this by writing to us at internationalpatient.kh@relianceada.com with your medical summary and, if possible, please mention the details of your recent reports. A note from your treating doctor would be very helpful. We shall respond to you within two working days with the appropriate specialist doctor’s opinion.

Is there any assistance provided to the International Patients for fulfilling the visa formalities?
Once your travel has been finalised, we shall email you a scanned copy of the invitation letter to be submitted to the Indian High Commission in your country.
Do you assist the International Patients with Airport transfers?
We provide transfer facility to the International Patients from Chatrapati Shivaji International Airport (Mumbai International Airport) to our hospital, which is about 10 km from the Mumbai International Airport. We coordinate the transfer on receiving the concerned patient’s travel itinerary.
What services we can expect once we get to the hospital?
We have a dedicated team to coordinate with our International Patients at the hospital. They will provide with all the necessary assistance required, such as registration, payments, appointments, admissions, billing, foreign exchange, registration with the Foreigners’ Regional Registration Office (FRRO), visa extensions, travel assistance, hotel accommodation outside the hospital and tour of the city.
What does registering with the Foreigners’ Regional Registration Office (FRRO) mean?
When you come to India on a Medical Visa you need to get registered within 14 days of arrival in India, which is a formality of the Immigration Department. In case you are travelling on a visa other than a Medical Visa, you need to register if the visa validity is more than 180 days.
We will facilitate the registration with the necessary documentation and advice regarding the process, and also provide assistance in travelling to and from the FRRO.
What if the visa expires while undergoing treatment at the hospital?
In case of visa expiry, we will help you with the clinical documents stating the condition of the patient and the need for continuing treatment.
What are the modes of payments?

There are landline phones available in the patient rooms. We can also assist you in purchasing a local SIM card. In addition, we have a Business Centre in the hospital where you can access the Internet. Also, our hospital is WiFi enabled.
What about my caregiver’s accommodation?
Our inpatient rooms have space for the accommodation of the caregiver.
What should be done in case of any preponing or postponing of the flight tickets?
Our International Patient Coordinator will facilitate the ticket booking, and in addition to this, we also have a travel desk in the hospital that can guide you.
