• Strategy Formulation & Goal Setting: Craft the marketing strategy to achieve full occupancy with guidance from CEO & Governing Council.
• Execution & Monitoring: Plan and execute strategy including monitoring on a daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
• Customer Orientation: Build strong relations with key customers in different market segments – local referrals, corporate doctors, upcountry BDAs and GPs.
• Human Relations: Motivate, guide and course-correct team at various levels to overcome challenges and achieve goals.
• Brand Salience: Ensure all matrices of brand salience are effectively achieved across all mediums and market segments.
• Interdepartmental Coordination: Ensure efficient and effective coordination with all departments.
• Plan and participate in conferences, seminars and promotional activities to enhance brand value.
• Be part of the Quality Improvement Initiative and protocols of the organization.
