Ditch those tempting packaged Mango drinks for the actual fruit. Improve the cooling effect of mangoes by soaking them in water for an hour before having them. Add a spicy zing to this delicious fruit with a healthy drink prepared by steaming raw mangoes and then juicing them for pulp. Sprinkle some cumin (jeera) & salt to taste.
