Your scalp may be very sensitive after surgery. Take the prescribed pain relievers and antibiotics as suggested by your doctor for several days. Strenuous activity increases blood flow to the scalp and may cause your transplants or incisions to bleed which is why you may be instructed to avoid vigorous exercise and contact sports for at least three weeks. Transplants, like any other type of surgery, carry some risks, such as bleeding and infection. Keep an eye on this and discuss it with your doctor.
