Hypertension may harm your kidneys!

High blood pressure can constrict and narrow the blood vessels, which eventually damages and weakens them leading to a reduced blood flow. If the kidney's blood vessels are damaged they are not able to remove all wastes and extra fluid from your body which can, in turn, raise your blood pressure, even more, creating a dangerous cycle, and causing more damage leading to kidney failure. Check your blood pressure regularly and consult a doctor for any irregularities.
