- IMPROVED ENDURANCE
- IMPROVED RUNNING ECONOMY
- IMPROVED RUNNING INTENSITY AT LACTATE THRESHOLD
- IMPROVED ANAEROBIC CAPACITY

When compared to runners who did not do the same strength training.
