Dr Bikas Mishra has been practicing Critical Care for over 16 years with exposure to all sub specialties including Transplant Critical Care, Neuro Critical Care, Liver and GI Critical Care, Onco Critical Care and Respiratory Critical Care. He has worked in major government and private hospitals across Chandigarh, Delhi and Ahmedabad. He has special interest in extra corporeal therapies and organ support like ECMO and EC filters. He is well versed with all invasive, non-invasive monitoring and complex invasive ICU procedures. He is also a teacher for the IDCCM and IDCCN courses conducted by ISCCM and regularly participates in associated academic activities. He is a passionate follower of cricket and tennis.

Dr Bikas Mishra completed his UG and PG training in Anaesthesiology from Pramukhswami Medical College, Karamsad, Anand, Gujarat. Later on he did his senior residency in Anaesthesia from PGIMER, Chandigarh. He completed his Critical Care training from Medanta Medicity, Gurugram. He has worked in major superspeciality hospitals across New Delhi and Ahmedabad managing ICUs of various superspecialities. Dr Mishra has a wide range of experience from resource-crunch situations to fully equipped facilities, which has helped him deliver tailor-made, personalized care across situations.
