Dr. Shingala is an experienced dermatologist with special interests in clinical dermatology, dermato-surgery, vitiligo surgery, aesthetics and lasers. She has diverse clinical and procedural experience and pursued national and international fellowships, at the National Skin Centre, Singapore. Dedicated to academic excellence, she has authored multiple peer-reviewed publications across diverse areas of dermatology and maintains a strong interest in research and emerging therapeutics. A passionate communicator, she delivered a TEDx talk, "The Skin We Wear & the Humanity We Share." Dr. Shingala combines contemporary evidence-based dermatology with procedural expertise and an empathetic, patient-centred approach to care.

Dr. Shingala has substantial experience across clinical dermatology, dermato-surgery, aesthetic dermatology and lasers in government and private healthcare settings. Following her postgraduate training in Dermatology, Venereology & Leprosy at Dr. D. Y. Patil University, Navi Mumbai, she worked as a Senior Resident and subsequently as an Assistant Professor at Government Medical College, Jamnagar. With three years of experience at a government institute, she demonstrates robust clinical acumen and strong patient care skills.
Her clinical experience includes management of OPD patients and performance of dermato-surgical procedures, with particular expertise in vitiligo surgery, including FUE, non-cultured epidermal suspension (NCES) and punch grafting. She has performed a wide range of aesthetic and procedural dermatology treatments, including Botox, fillers, PRP, mesotherapy, lasers, excisions, cyst removal and scar revision.
She has further strengthened her procedural expertise through fellowships in lasers, aesthetics and dermato-surgery in India and international clinical and procedural dermatology training at the National Skin Centre, Singapore. Alongside clinical practice, she is actively involved in academic dermatology, research and scientific presentations, with multiple peer-reviewed publications and presentations at national conferences.
Dr. Shingala is actively involved in clinical, procedural and academic dermatology, with a strong interest and vast experience in dermato-surgery, aesthetic dermatology, lasers and emerging dermatological therapeutics.
She has contributed to dermatological research through multiple peer-reviewed publications and, presentations at national and international conferences.
