Dr. Gandhe has completed her postgraduation in anesthesiology from Nagpur university. She did her senior residency from the prestigious AIIMS New Delhi. She was a clinical observer at Western Ontario University, Canada and Cleveland Clinic, USA. She was a senior consultant neuroanesthesiologist at Bombay Hospital Institute of Medical Sciences, Mumbai for 10 years.

KDAH Experience :

Dr. Gandhe has been with Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani hospital since its inception. She has been responsible in setting up the Neuroanesthesia fellowship programmme since 2013. Under her able guidance, all the students have come out with flying colours. She is instrumental in the initiation of the DNB Neuroanesthesiology training programme at the hospital. She is also associated with the DNB Anesthesia training programme at the hospital.

Dr. Gandhe has successfully managed neurosurgical procedures comprising of Brain tumours, Posterior fossa lesions, Paediatric neurosurgery, Spine surgery, Neurovascular surgery, Functional neurosurgery, Epilepsy surgery and surgeries for Traumatic Brain Injury.She has successfully managed interventional neuroradiological procedures like stroke, aneurysm coiling, arteriovenous malformation embolisation, neurovascular stenting and embolisation of dural and spinal arteriovenous fistulas.

Dr. Gandhe has got experience in using Neuro-monitoring devices like Trans cranial Doppler, EEG, Entropy, Bispectral Index and Intracranial Pressure Monitoring.
