Dr. Rishi did his bachelors in Dental Surgery. He pursued his masters in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and completed his residency from Navi Mumbai .

Dr. Rishi Khosa has been a part of more than 800 complex surgeries of the face and neck as an Associate, Head and Neck Surgical Oncology and Reconstructive Unit.He has successfully performed surgeries of complex facial injuries .He has established a clinic for Temporomandibular joint disorders and facial pain.He works as an associate of the Head and Neck Robotic Surgery team.

Dr.Rishi Khosa has been a keen academician.He has also contributed to many conferences as a key note speaker and presented many papers.He has completed a course in Direct Sinus lift and Lateral Ridge Augmentation in association with Lifecare Academy of Continuing Education (LACE), an affiliate of ICOI USA and presented papers like:
