I came here to Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani to get treatment for Laryngeal cancer, so I was looking for where to get good treatment outside Tanzania. One day I came across Jane at the Registered Kokilaben Hospital office in Dar Es Salaam and she convinced me that I come here to Mumbai to Kokilaben and that I will not regret so, my family and I came here. Once I was here I was given a co-ordinator called Heer she took me through the Doctors, first she took me to do some tests and she introduced me to Dr.Uma Dangi, she was a very polite lady and she comforted me and took care of my treatment, From there I met Dr. Pranav Chaddha for Radiation Therapy. During our first consultation, he started to explain to me what will happen and how the radiation will go through, he encouraged me a lot about this disease and told me not to worry, I will be okay from there me and my co-ordinator Heer we spent like 50 days everyday doing radiation and chemo so I was very happy of the services given to me by the whole team.

 

After finishing that treatment I went back home for three months and I came back in May this year for check-up and I was given a co-ordinator Sana she explained to me what was supposed to be done. She took me to do all the tests. In just two days we were through. I have to thank her for that after the result came out, I was told I was Okay. I was very happy for sure and told to come back after 4 months.
