Hello everyone. Today, we would like to share our medical experience at Kokilaben Hospital in Mumbai. We are Raobisoa and Henintsoa, and we came to India for cardiac treatment during a very important and delicate period in our lives.
After several medical examinations, it became necessary to perform an angiography as well as an angioplasty. Before making this decision, we did a lot of research and asked for several opinions.
We chose Kokilaben Hospital because of its reputation, the quality of its cardiology care, its modern equipment, and the many positive testimonies we had heard. We were also reassured by the professionalism of the organization and the support provided to international patients. At first, there was naturally a lot of worry and stress.
Being far from home for a heart-related medical issue is never easy. But from the moment we arrived at Kokilaben Hospital, we were welcomed with great professionalism and humanity. We would like to express our sincere thanks to Dr. Sunil Wani, cardiologist, for the quality of his care, his attentive listening, and his clear explanations throughout the treatment. His professionalism, calm attitude, and reassuring way of treating patients gave us a lot of confidence during this difficult time.
We would also like to warmly thank our coordinator, Aarya, for her exceptional support. She was always available, attentive, and patient with us. Thanks to her, all the medical and administrative procedures went much more smoothly.
In a foreign country, having someone trustworthy by our side was extremely valuable. We also wish to thank the nurses and all the medical staff of Kokilaben Hospital for their kindness, respect, and dedication. We greatly appreciated the hospital’s organization, the quality of the medical equipment, and the seriousness of the patient follow-up.
Today, we especially remember a human, competent, and caring team.
We would like to share a message of hope to all people facing heart problems or medical difficulties: it is important to keep faith and never lose courage.
