We would like to express our satisfaction with our experience at Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital, Mumbai, particularly in regards to the cardiac treatment (Valve). The care and welcome provided by the staff was very nice, easy-going and warm, particularly Mrs. Roshni and Ms. Heer. The doctors from the different services of cardiology and cardiac surgery, and especially Dr. Vidyadhar Lad, along with his medical team (anesthesiologists, assistant surgeons, perfusionists and specialty personnel), demonstrated a very high level of professionalism, competence and devotion, inspiring complete confidence at every step of the treatment. As for the nurses, both those assigned to the patient’s room and those in the intensive care unit after the operation, the patient, Ms Olinirina Elie, was cared for with great attention and under close supervision by them. This care was always provided with kindness, humanity and a smile, thanks in particular to the nurses: Akshada, Suman, Sahydah, Anjhali, as well as their colleagues and many others who cannot all be named here. The medical equipments used were of very high quality, which inspires even more confidence, knowing that the care and treatment is assured by highly qualified specialists. Additionally, the food offered was healthy, balanced and complete. We would also like to address our sincere thanks to the housekeeping team in the IP room and the guest room. The rooms were constantly clean, well taken care of and organised, and the personnel was courteous, disciplined and very friendly. As a patient, Ms Razanadrakoto Olinirina Elie, who was treated for a heart condition (valve) at this hospital, and her companion, Ms ANDRINIAINA Malalatina Noëlah, we would like to express our deep gratitude and sincere thanks to all the teams, at all levels, for the remarkable and significant improvement in her health after treatment.
