I have been associated with Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital over the past three months as a patient attendant for treatment under Dr. Mandar Deshpande.

From the outset, the hospital management demonstrated exceptional proactiveness and support. Despite being based in Jaipur, coordination was seamless - Dr. Abhishek Shukla from Dr. Mandar’s team reviewed the clinical history remotely and provided early, clear reassurance on the treatment plan and recovery, building strong confidence even before our visit.

Pre-visit guidance on required investigations and documentation significantly improved efficiency and minimized waiting time. Appointment scheduling, including consultation and surgical planning, was smooth and well-coordinated.

 

Dr. Mandar Deshpande stands out for both clinical excellence and a deeply patient-centric approach. His counselling was clear, transparent, and highly reassuring, with a strong focus on best-in-class technology and optimal treatment pathways. Importantly, his approach emphasized avoiding overtreatment—ensuring only what is clinically necessary—while prioritizing organ preservation, minimizing comorbidities, and achieving cosmetically favorable outcomes. This instilled strong trust and confidence in the care process.

 

Post-operative care has been equally commendable. The clinical team and nursing staff ensured attentive care, responsiveness, and consistent communication, supporting a smooth recovery.

 

Overall, our experience so far has been highly positive, efficient, and reassuring.
