Our journey with Mona’s neurological condition has been long and challenging. She was first diagnosed with AVM in the mid-1990s and underwent successful radiation surgery in 2006, after which she remained healthy for nearly 19 years.
In 2025, her symptoms reappeared, gradually affecting her mobility and daily activities. We consulted multiple reputed centers across Kolkata, Delhi, and Vellore. While surgery was advised, the risks made it difficult for us to decide.

We arrived in Mumbai on 31st March, 2026 and after thorough evaluation, surgery was successfully performed on 4th April. The entire process—from pre-surgical guidance to post-operative care—was handled with professionalism, compassion, and constant support.
The medical team, nursing staff, and coordinator Kamakshi Raja Ji were extremely cooperative and attentive, making a difficult time much more manageable for our family.
By 18th April, Mona was stable enough to travel back, marking a significant step in her recovery.
